What EFT can do for you
EFT is short for Emotional Freedom Techniques. Developed by Gary Craig, an engineer by training and personal performance coach, EFT is practical and results-oriented. It uses the ancient Chinese meridian system and some very clever pychology to bring about rapid and long-lasting change. In a nutshell, EFT removes the negative emotions behind the vast majority of emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges. Gary Craig says "Try it on everything". Safe enough to use for babies and in pregnancy, EFT often works where nothing else will.
What do you get on your course?
Your EFT course includes practical experience with several applications, your own comprehensive reference manual, and your full EFT certificate.
Aftercare
Upon completion of your course, you are eligible to join the African Healers Association. This supports your personal growth in a caring and responsible way. Should you wish to be a EFT practitioner, the African Healers Association are here to help promote your services. Your aftercare also includes 6 months' FREE email support.

We hold EFT groups in Cape Town on a monthly basis. You are invited to join us to learn, grow, and develop your skills.
Is it OK for you to learn EFT?
EFT is suitable for anyone to learn on our courses unless you have schizophrenia, psychosis, manic depression, borderline personality disorder, or similar serious psychiatric condition. This is for your own mental health and wellbeing in a workshop environment.
How long is your EFT course?
Our class sizes are very small. EFT Level 1, EFT Level 2, and EFT Level 3 classes are a maximum of five attendees. So you get personal attention and get your questions answered quickly.
We also recognize that most of our students have weekday jobs or are a parent or carer.
With both of these factors in mind, you only attend for one special intensive day for EFT 1, two intensive days for EFT 2, and 3 days for EFT Level 3. To maintain our high standards, we expect practitioners to submit case studies and make use of our email support in-between EFT Levels 1, 2, and 3.
You are also invited to attend EFT groups and EFT teleclasses at times to suit you. This helps your knowledge, skills, and self-growth.

Where your EFT course is held, and what time to start
Your EFT workshops are held in a friendly environment in Tableview, usually from 10:30 AM till 17:30 PM. For dates and fees, please scroll down.
When do you get your EFT certificate?
You are presented with your EFT certificate at the end of the last workshop day of your course. With EFT Level 1, this is at the end of the day.
When can you practice EFT professionally?
You can practice EFT upon successful completion of your EFT Level 2 course, including case studies and written examination. We like to help you achieve some of this at home after your Level 1, so that you can get your professional certificate at the end of your second day of EFT Level 2. We guide you how to practice safely and responsibly.
What can you expect to pay for your EFT course?
A diploma is psychotherapy or hypnotherapy costs about R30000. EFT achieves MUCH MORE at a FRACTION OF THE PRICE. And we genuinely want to reach as many people as possible to spread the healing. So our courses are set at a price that most can easily afford. You just pay a small deposit to secure your place and settle the modest remainder when you attend your course.
How to Book Your Course
- Reserve your place. You can reserve your place securely online by PayPal (currently in Pounds and hopefully soon in Rands too!) or call me, Hilary Albutt, on 084 335 16 36 with your card details.
- We then email you details of venue address, what to wear, what to prepare, etc, within 48 hours of receiving your order (usually within hours).
- When you arrive for your course, you simply pay the rest by cash.
- At the end of your workshop, you are presented with your full certificate. The is no waiting and no hassle.

Any deposit or advance payment up to the value of £50.00 for treatment or for workshops is non-refundable and non-transferable. Up to one month before the start of any pre-paid course of treatments or workshop, the amount paid minus £50.00 is refundable or transferable should you change your mind. Between one month and two weeks of this time, 50% of the this remainder is refundable or transferable. After two weeks before the commencement of a course of treatments or a workshop, any pre-paid amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
