What Reiki can do for you
Reiki has the power to safely, gradually and gently produce a favourable change in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Safe enough to use for babies and in pregnancy, Reiki is fast gaining popularity as more people connect with the holistic approach to health and true contentment.
What do you get on your class?
Your Reiki First Degree and Second Degree class workshop includes your Reiki attunement, practical experience with at least one volunteer, your own comprehensive reference manual , and your Reiki attendance certificate. On your Reiki certificate is your lineage displaying every Reiki Master before you in your Reiki lineage through to Mikao Usui.
Aftercare
Upon completion of your classes, you are eligible to join the Energy Practitioners Association. This supports your personal growth in a caring and responsible way. Should you wish to be a Reiki practitioner, the Energy Practitioners Association are here to help promote your services. Your aftercare also includes 6 months' FREE email support.

Third Thursday of the month - 6 pm - 7:30 pm, City Centre studio - pay by donation - 90 minutes of Reiki, learning, developing and healing. For existing Reiki healers (including Reiki Masters), and beginners also welcome. You are invited to join us to learn, grow, and develop your knowledge on your personal spiritual healing path. How long is your Reiki training?
Our class sizes are very small. Reiki 1, Reiki 2, and Reiki Master classes are a maximum of five attendees. So you get personal attention and get your questions answered quickly. We also recognize that most of our students have weekday jobs or are a parent or carer. With both these factors in mind, you only attend for one special intensive day for Reiki 1, or two intensive days for Reiki 2 or Masters. There is more study to make up a minimum (and we hope more) number of mandatory hours. You can do these supervised at home and with us, it is your choice, your time, your budget, and we guide you all the way. You are in control of your own learning as you grow and develop. How long should you wait between Reiki 1 and 2?
We advise waiting 3 months for your energy to settle, although we can consider making exceptions if you really need to. Reiki is a process and a journey. Take your time and do it safely and gently. You will be glad you did.

When do you get your Reiki certificate?
You get your Reiki attendance certificate at the end of your one or two-day workshop, fully printed with details of your Reiki Lineage all the way through to Mikao Usui.
When can you practice Reiki professionally?
We would like you to practice at the end of your 1200-hour Reiki course. However, as things stand right now, you can practice Reiki upon completion of your Reiki 2 workshop. We do not dictate to you what to do; we simply guide you on your path.
What can you expect to pay for your Reiki training?
We would ideally love to hold extensive Reiki teaching diplomas, but last time I did my research, this cost upwards of R30000. But we don't live in an ideal world.
We genuinely want to reach as many people as possible to spread the healing. So our courses are set at a price that most can easily afford. You just pay a small deposit to secure your place and settle the rest when you attend your course.
How to Book Your Class
- For attendees inside South Africa, please note!

- When you arrive for your workshop, you simply pay any remaining amount, if applicable, by cash.
- For attendees from outside South Africa, please note!
- If you are outside of South Africa,
- I need you to make the payment in full and not just the deposit. This is to satisfy any visa conditions and convince me and the authorities that you genuinely intend to attend the training.
- After you make your payment:
- We then email you details of venue address, what to wear, what to prepare, etc, after acceptance and after the funds have cleared (usually within hours). At the end of your workshop, you are presented with your attendance certificate. The is no waiting and no hassle.
In order to reserve your place you must do so well before the due date. Bookings are stricly by payment of the relevant amount. No payment = no booking. Any deposit or advance payment up to the value of R500.00 for treatment or for workshops is non-refundable and non-transferable. Up to one month before the start of any pre-paid course of treatments or workshop, the amount paid minus R500.00 is refundable or transferable should you change your mind. Between one month and two weeks of this time, 50% of the this remainder is refundable or transferable. After two weeks before the commencement of a course of treatments or a workshop, any pre-paid amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
